Hello, and welcome to Spiral Life Health & Wellness! My name is Josh Brown, and I am the human behind the services and vision of SLH&W. I’m very pleased that you found your way to my webpage, and want nothing more than to be of positive service to you, individually, and by extension, humanity as a collective.
The term ‘health and wellness’ can be applicable to all aspects of our lives, as all aspects of our lives contribute directly to the overall health and wellness of our individual being. By viewing the elevation of our health as a multi-faceted, all-inclusive spiral, we can improve ourselves incrementally and exponentially, and that is exactly what I wish to assist you with.
Whether you need to lose weight, gain strength, increase your energy or just feel more balanced and functional, we will work together to co-create an individualized plan of action that fits your unique lifestyle—physically, mentally and spiritually. I offer my services to you as a coach, guide and helper to assist you in finding your truth; I will not be so arrogant as to tell you what your truth is.

Spiral Life Health & Wellness was created as a platform and catalyst to serve others in a way that is holistically beneficial to themselves, their immediate environment and people around them, as well as humanity as a whole. That is the mission: to assist humanity in its conscious evolution by helping individuals elevate themselves via their health & wellness—body, mind & spirit.
My personal goal is to be able to align my professional life with who I am as a conscious, spiritual being in service to others, and do this work full-time. This is in no way just about making money, but, realistically, we all have to pay the bills somehow, and I can’t imagine a better way than by sharing my light through creativity and service to others. I want to thank everyone in advance for your positive thoughts, vibrations and support.
