Spiral Life Coaching

The services I offer all fall under the umbrella of what I call Spiral Coaching. This includes a combination of holistic health coaching, personal fitness training, spiritual guidance and alternate perspectives on all things ‘health & wellness’. The variety of goals that we will work together to achieve include, but are not limited to:

I would be honored if you allowed me to coach/guide/assist you on your path to any of these goals, or any of the myriad goals not listed here. We all have a lot of nooks and crannies in the elements of our spirals that need examined and elevated through a process that involves honesty, compassion and action. I want to help you find these things and support you on your spiral path of conscious health and wellness.

No matter our individual walks of life, we all have imbalances, impurities, bad habits and other personal issues that need to be addressed and elevated. Although I do not proclaim to have all the answers for the things in your life that need improving, I am very confident that by working together, we can come to a solution that works for your life and where you happen to be on your journey.

There really is no ‘target client' or individual group of people that Spiral Life Coaching is for, specifically; if you are a human being and are looking to elevate your life, health and well-being, this is for you. Young, old, male, female, religious, non-religious, black, white, and everyone between…all are welcomed with open arms and an open heart. Although this is for everyone, I would still like to mention a few instances that will help you get a better idea of who this will benefit and how.

  • Individuals who consider themselves ‘beginners’ in the world of health & wellness, and would like professional guidance through the immense amount of information (and mis-information) that is prevalent in our society;

  • Individuals who have tried different diet/workout programs, but have yet to find anything that gets them closer to their goals, or is sustainable for them in their unique lives;

  • Individuals who have gotten themselves into good physical shape by finding a way of eating and exercising that is both productive and sustainable, but feel they are missing something beyond their improved fitness and nutrition;

  • Health professionals (i.e. doctors, nurses, trainers, nutritionists, yogis, therapists, etc.) who are constantly focused on the improvement of others’ health, but have a hard time finding balance in their lives or time to focus on themselves in their busy schedule;

  • Community leaders (i.e. teachers, officials, preachers, youth counselors, coaches, etc.) who spend the majority of their time teaching, supporting, volunteering, etc., and need some of that for themselves;

  • Parents (married or single) who wish to be coached as a couple or individually to improve the health of themselves, their partnership and their relationships with their children;

  • Youth (with permission from parent/guardian) who feel they would benefit from professional, non-parental guidance with their health and general well-being, while going through a very confusing and impressionable time of their young lives;

  • Families that want to grow together and enrich their lives in a healthy way—body, mind and spirit—both individually and as a unit;

  • All those over 50 who want to age as gracefully as possible, and do everything in their power to prevent and avoid unnecessary injuries and/or illnesses.

  • And countless others.

As you can see, there are many different groups of people in many different walks of life that can benefit greatly by working with a Spiral Coach. Even though I mentioned quite a few different examples of potential clients, there are others that may not fit into any of these descriptions, but would benefit just as much. This type of life work is applicable to absolutely everybody, including myself.
